Diana Syziu

Diana is an English solicitor of Senior Courts of England & Wales qualified for over ten years. She advises clients on a variety of corporate related matters, including commercial contracts, project finance, structure finance, ship finance, onshore and offshore vessels and rigs sale and acquisitions, cruise vessels, joint venture agreements, joint development agreements, finance related agreements and private equity. Diana also works very closely with the international shipping and commodities team, providing corporate and commercial support in cross-jurisdiction related matters which take up the majority of her practice.

Diana is also a qualified Notary Public appointed by royal authority through the Faculty Office (England & Wales) in practice for over ten years. Diana completed her notarial qualification at the University of Cambridge.

Diana notarises documents (private and commercial) for use in foreign jurisdictions, registered with the Faculty Office and the Notaries Society, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and various foreign embassies in the UK. She has assisted national and international clients (shipping, yacht, aviation, transactional, mergers, acquisitions, investments etc.) in over 3,000 matters during the last ten years.

Diana advises on a variety of non-contentious corporate and corporate finance matters including but not limited to asset finance, corporate acquisitions, ship sale and purchases, ship finance and re-finance, commercial agreements, company reorganisations, commercial IP contracts, franchising (franchisor and franchisee), joint venture and partnerships, commodities contracts and related security (corporate support).
