Elaine is an associate in the marine team dealing with disputes in the shipping and commodities sectors.

Elaine’s practice focuses on contentious matters across the shipping and international trade sectors, and includes advising on a wide range of charterparty claims and contractual disputes arising in the soft commodity trades. Elaine acts for owners, charterers, P&I clubs and trader clients both in the High Court and in international arbitration (Gafta, FOSFA, RSA, LMAA, LCIA, ad hoc).
