I’m a partner in our Corporate team and I have deep sector knowledge and experience in a wide range of corporate transactional work.
I specialise in advising clients in the manufacturing and industrials sectors, as well as the social care industry and property and construction, supporting corporates, private equity funds and owner-managed businesses through complex legal landscapes.
Clients value my commercial mindset and the fact that I manage complex workloads with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked, and with a strong understanding of key business drivers. For me, it’s about offering solutions that are both legally sound and commercially viable; about cutting through complexity and providing practical, actionable advice when it matters most.
Although I thrive on the challenge of navigating intricate legal and commercial issues, often under tight deadlines to find the best solution for my clients, the part of my job that’s most fulfilling is the human side - the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clients. My experience
- Acting for the sellers of Centriforce on the sale of the entire issued share capital of the company to London-based Rubicon Partners for an undisclosed sum.
- Advised EA Technology, a solutions provider for the monitoring and management of electricity grids and assets, on the securing of investment in the business from Nordic investment firm, Summa Equity.
- Advised longstanding client, Challenge-trg Group, on a majority disposal to an employee ownership trust.
- Acting for Eldapoint Group in relation to a complex intragroup reorganisation followed by a £30m refinancing to be replaced by a long-term funding line by Pricoa Private Capital to support the Group’s ongoing buy and build strategy.
