Elizabeth Elliott

Elizabeth advises London market and international marine insurers, recovery agents, third party claims handlers and logistical operators on matters arising out of the insurance and carriage of goods, by sea, air, road and rail, including warehouse liability and coverage. 

She regularly deals with a wide range of cargo and logistical disputes, including those arising from charterparties, bills of lading and commercial trade agreements. She routinely deals with cross jurisdictional disputes and proceedings in both international arbitration and the Admiralty and Commercial Courts.

Elizabeth holds an undergraduate degree in English and European Law (LLB Hons) from Queen Mary University of London and studied International and European Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
