Elizabeth Finnie

Elizabeth is a Senior Associate in the banking and finance team. She has experience acting for borrower and lender clients on a variety of transactions involving acquisition finance, property and development finance and receivables finance.

Since joining the firm in 2016, Elizabeth has gained experience working for a number of banks and financial institutions, as well as borrower clients, dealing with their day to day banking requirements.

Elizabeth specialises in all types of structured financings and has experience working on a variety of high profile transactions.

Elizabeth studied French and linguistics at the University of York before completing the graduate diploma in law and the LPC.
