About me
I’m a legal director in our Corporate team, with particular expertise in M&A, disposals, corporate joint ventures and investments.
I act for a wide range of clients, including entrepreneurs, private companies and investors and occasionally for sports agencies, providing advice to sports personalities, including premier league footballers.
For me, a big part of being a corporate lawyer is about teamwork, working together with my clients to help them achieve the best results. I’ve worked with many clients from start-up right through to them exiting or selling their business, which is testament to the relationships we’ve built along the way.
Clients value my calm approach, particularly if they’re selling a business, for example, which can be one of the most stressful periods in a client’s lifetime. Knowing I can put them at ease and have everything under control is what makes my role so rewarding.
Separately, I’m proud to be involved in the firm’s Year in Industry Programme, giving university students the opportunity to spend a year with us as part of their degree. It’s personally fulfilling and a great way to give back to the local community.

- Act for sports agencies and at this level have provided advice to many top sports figures, including premier league footballers.

- Acting for NKT on acquisition of market-leading cable manufacturer.
