Ellie has practised family law exclusively since 2008. She advises clients in respect of divorce (or dissolution of civil partnership), and the resolution of financial matters on divorce. She also has a particular interest in all aspects of private children work. Ellie is also experienced in assisting unmarried couples and has represented clients both locally and overseas in UK proceedings.
Ellie is a Resolution accredited specialist in complex finances and private children law. She has advised clients in in respect of internal and external relocation cases, in addition to choice of school cases and disputes relating to children’s living arrangements. A number of cases have involved allegations of domestic violence and/or drug or alcohol abuse.
Ellie completed her degree at the University of Bristol, achieving a first in Law and French, before going on to complete her LPC at Nottingham Law School.
