I’m a corporate lawyer who focuses on equity capital markets. I advise clients undertaking initial public offerings, reverse takeovers and secondary fundraisings.
My practice also involves supporting clients with their acquisitions and disposals, as well as corporate advisory and governance work.
I represent public companies whose shares are listed on the FCA’s Official List and traded on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, as well as those admitted to AIM and the AQSE Growth Market of the Aquis Stock Exchange. I advise corporate finance advisers and brokers to public companies and private companies. My clients span various sectors and I’m especially experienced in advising those in the energy and natural resources industry.
I help clients find innovative, commercial and practical solutions that’ll address their issues and support them in reaching their wider objectives. I keep cool under pressure, working diligently to progress transactions as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Giving back is important to me. I take a leading role in organising CSR activities for our London offices and I’m a member of the London Social and Corporate Responsibility Committee.
Outside of work, I like to follow Formula 1, explore new places and relax with a good book or film.
