About me
I’m a corporate lawyer with specific expertise advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments, group reorganisations, joint ventures and corporate advisory matters.
Investing the time to build long-term relationships is without doubt the most rewarding part of my work. I've supported a number of long-standing clients over the past decade and gained real insight into their businesses and the way they operate. Those clients, in turn, have shown me enormous loyalty, allowing me to become an integral part of their core teams and a trusted and valued adviser. Along the way, many have even become close friends!
My clients are large corporates, private equity-backed businesses, management teams and owner-managed businesses from sectors including waste management, TICC services, manufacturing and automotive.
Away from work, I’m a busy mum of three active children, so you’ll usually find me cheering from the sidelines of a football, netball or hockey pitch or supporting at a cross-country race. I also enjoy travelling and experiencing different cultures with my family.
My experience
- Proud to be one of four founding partners of the firm’s Birmingham office, which opened in 2024.
- Advised Reconomy (UK) on multiple transactions, including the acquisitions of Circle Waste, Leadsy, Eurokey, GAE Smith and Ecofficiency, as well as supporting on a significant refinancing and reorganisation.
- Advised Motus Holdings (UK), on multiple acquisitions including AC Response, Long Eaton Motor Factors and F&G Holdings and the disposal of its Mercedes and Daimler franchises.
- Supported several companies on the Series A and B investment rounds, including Intelex Vision, Black Swan Data and Dragonfly Technology Solutions.
- Advised numerous companies in the TICC sector on strategic acquisitions and disposals, including Vulcain Engineering, Apave International and Quadrant Building Control.
