Details
Frances undertakes a wide range of property work including commercial acquisitions and disposals, refinancing and loan redemption, landlord and tenant work (with particular emphasis on the retail sector but also working with a ride range of commercial clients including clients from the marine sector) together with commercial investment work for national retailers.
Frances frequently carries out property support work required in various corporate and banking deals.
Whilst Frances’ main client focus is commercial, Frances is also CQS (Conveyancing Quality Scheme) accredited, and works with some residential clients and lenders, and deals with repeat instructions from clients looking to add to their property portfolio.
