About me
I bring over 30 years’ experience to my role as head of our Limassol office, spanning commercial, corporate and maritime matters.
I’m one of the few lawyers in Cyprus to hold both a Cyprus Bar license and a Solicitors Practising Certificate. My clients include shipping companies, international banks and corporations, whom I advise on major acquisitions and cross border joint venture agreements, ship finance and security documentation.
Clients describe me as pragmatic, approachable and commercially focused, with a strong understanding of their long-term objectives.
I relocated to Cyprus with my wife and children in 1999, having previously been a partner in a UK law firm. Outside work, I enjoy music, travel and sport, attending live events at home and abroad, watching Liverpool at Anfield, and playing football, padel and table tennis.

- Columbia Shipmanagement, Smartsea Ltd, the EBRD, Hellenic Bank and Eurobank.
- Advised The Hood Platform on the launch of its innovative new maritime social platform, in collaboration with the Hill Dickinson London office.
- Appointed as the Cypriot Counsel for a leading European Finance Bank in connection with their acquisition of a 5.38% (10,666,666 ordinary shares) equity stake in a Cypriot bank through an investment of just under €20,000,000.
- Instructions from a leading financial institution for the review of the documentation in connection with a restructuring transaction.
- Instructions from a Global Ship Management Company to provide legal support for the drafting of a Joint Venture Agreement with an Italian shipping company to provide technical management services.
