Gregory Thwaites

Greg is a consultant in the firm’s London Office. He is a member of the Real Estate Group which helps clients with all aspects of property and construction legal services – contentious and non-contentious – including planning, construction, acquisitions, disposals, restructuring, refinancing and the management of property portfolios.

He is an expert in UK Real Estate matters including, real estate finance, investment, M&A, landlord and tenant, restructuring and insolvency and development. 

He acts for banks, stretched senior lenders and bridging lenders, investors and owner occupiers.
