Prior to joining the firm in December 2019, Helen worked at a northern commercial law firm specialising in Corporate law.
Helen joined the firm to specialise in the Health Commercial sector and advises on a range of Healthcare Commercial matters for the NHS and other public and private organisations operating in the health and social care sector. She has also provided legal support on major transactions and mergers and acquisitions involving health bodies.
Helen provides legal advice and support in the primary care sector across a broad range of areas, including advising on GP partnership agreements, developing care models for primary care networks (including advising on updates to network agreements and the governance of the primary care network).
