Helen Penfold

Helen is a partner in the Banking and finance team. She acts for both lenders and borrowers on all forms of banking transactions including property finance, acquisition finance, restructuring and general corporate lending.

Helen’s day-to-day work includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating loan and facility agreements, security documents and guarantees, advising on intercreditor issues, dealing with and project managing the delivery of conditions precedent to funding and advising both lenders and borrowers on the structuring of funding transactions.

Helen studied law at the University of Nottingham graduating in 2004 and went on to complete the LPC at Nottingham Law School in 2005.
