Holly Hynes

Holly is a senior associate in the Healthcare team specialising in inquests and general healthcare matters.

Holly joined the firm as a newly qualified solicitor in March 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Holly specialised in clinical negligence and personal injury legal costs at Acumension Ltd on behalf of NHS Resolution and private insurer clients.

Holly completed her law degree at the University of Leeds before completing her LPC at the University of Law Manchester, graduating with distinction.

Holly specialises in representing various NHS Trust’s to provide advice and support prior to an inquest taking place and also legal representation and advocacy at the inquest hearing itself. Holly has also advised NHS Trust’s on patient complaint handling and lesson learning following serious incidents. Holly also specialises in NHS Resolution clinical negligence claims and providing general healthcare advice.
