Holly Mitchell

Holly is a paralegal working within the Costs Health team at our Manchester office.
She provides support to our solicitors within the department through file management, preparing case bundles and assisting the team with legal matters.

Details

Prior to joining the firm, Holly spent four years at the Manchester Metropolitan University. It was her Masters in Law that drove her passion for the industry and she is now looking towards gaining the experience in order to undertake the SQE.

As a paralegal, Holly provides support and advice to all users of the service through telephone enquiries and the co-ordination of data information for clients. She focuses on file and record management as well as legal work on files and assisting the team with legal matters.

  • Education

    • Graduated with a First Class Honours in History (BA) 
    • On track to achieve a first in her Masters of Law.
  • Experience

    Holly spent a week gaining work experience at JMW Solicitors LLP in their Employment Department. Here, she was given the opportunity to shadow a paralegal and gain practical experience with drafting service agreements and listening in on client enquiry calls. 

    Holly Took part in a hybrid international roundtable event at Manchester Metropolitan Univeristy, entitled ‘Corporations, Governance and Crime’.  Whilst engaging in aspiring debate over corporations and their power,  she put forward questions towards high-level experts that blew the whistle on corporate illicit practices.
