Holly Streeter

Holly joined the Healthcare team in 2021 having qualified in 2019. Prior to joining the firm Holly specialised in Fitness to Practise proceedings, including GMC and GDC, as well as inquests on behalf of medical defence unions/insurers. 

Holly has also recently undertaken a secondment, acting as Trust solicitor for a large Mental Health Trust, managing the legal profile and representing the Trust at inquests. 

Holly specialises in representing various NHS Trust’s to prepare for upcoming inquests and also legal representation and advocacy at the inquest hearing itself.

Holly offers general advice to a range of healthcare clients, for an array of queries that face our clients daily. 
Holly completed her law degree at the University of Manchester (2013), before completing a specialised masters in Healthcare Ethics and Law (2014). Holly completed her LPC at the University of Law in Manchester (2015). Holly was then a paralegal before completing a training contact with a reputable law firm (2017-2019).
