Ian Gillis

Ian is a partner in the corporate team. His particular expertise covers initial public offerings on AIM and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, public takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, disposals and corporate governance.

Details

Ian has extensive capital markets experience advising companies on initial public offering (IPOs), rights issues, class transactions and takeovers in addition to advising investment banks (including Zeus Capital, Cenkos Securities, Arden Partners, Shore Capital, WH Ireland, Allenby Capital and Investec). 

Ian specialises in all aspects of corporate finance including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, capital markets, joint ventures and private equity.

Ian is also a non-executive director of GB Taekwondo.

Ian completed his law degree at Sheffield University (1992 to 1995) and went on to complete his LPC at Chester College of Law.
