Jack Delaney

Jack is a partner in the Corporate team who provides advice to domestic and international clients on a range corporate transactions, particularly IPOs, reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions.

Details

Jack is a partner in the London corporate team, and he advises clients on IPOs, secondary fundraisings, reverse takeovers, general M&A, corporate governance, and re-organisations.

He has successfully led several IPOs and subsequent transactions across the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, AIM and the Growth Market of the Aquis Stock Exchange.  He has advised several SPACs (cash shells) from the point of set-up through to IPO, as well guiding several mature businesses through the listing process. Jack also has experience acting for corporate finance advisers and brokers on ECM-transactions.

He has experience advising clients across a range of sectors, including, resources, technology, and life sciences.

Jack is a member of Hill Dickinson’s Life Sciences practice, and he is recognised as an expert in advising companies and investors in the medical cannabis sector.

Jack attended the University of Surrey (LLB Law)  and College of Law.
