James has been at the firm since October 2022, having previously been at Pannone Corporate in Manchester and prior to that at specialist Property Litigation firm in the North West.
His work focuses primarily on commercial lease renewals under the 1954 Act, both contentious and non-contentious. James currently acts for national retailers including a supermarket chain in relation to all aspects of the management of a 1000+ leasehold store portfolio.
