About me
I’m a Legal Director in Hill Dickinson’s Corporate team, based in Manchester. My practice covers mergers and acquisitions, private equity and equity capital markets, advising management teams, investors and listed companies on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions.
Recent work includes advising PAM Group on investment from LDC, FulfilmentCrowd on investment from Palatine and BGF, and Sykes Cottages backed by Vitruvian on its continuing buy-and-build strategy. I’ve also acted for LDC, BGF, Waterland Private Equity and several AIM-listed companies on acquisitions, disposals and fundraisings.
Clients value my collaborative approach and ability to keep complex projects moving smoothly from negotiation through to completion.
Away from work, I’m a passionate rugby supporter and my most memorable trip was to New Zealand for the Rugby World Cup.
