Janine is regularly recommended by specialist surveyors to their clients to deal with rights to light matters.

Janine advises in relation to a wide range of property related matters to include general landlord and tenant disputes. She acts for developers, insurance companies and investors.

She has experience in applications to the Upper Tribunal concerning Lands Compensation Act 1973 and Law of Property Act 1925 matters.

She also has substantial experience dealing with business tenancies on behalf of both retail landlords bringing contested lease renewal proceedings to redevelop and retail tenant clients defending contested lease renewals against landlords wanting to redevelop.
