Jeff (Jeongkue) Park

Jeff undertook his training at the firm from 2006 to 2008 and joined as a qualified solicitor in September 2008. He has extensive experience in shipping, trading and commercial litigation and arbitration. 

While dealing with a full range of international trade and marine-related issues, his principal areas of practice are commercial litigation and arbitration: particularly disputes arising out of charterparties, slot exchange agreements, bills of lading, new building contracts, ship sale purchase agreements, repair/conversion agreements, (re) insurance contracts and letters of credit.   

With his close Korean contacts and knowledge of the local market, Jeff advises a number of major shipowners/charterers/operators, shipbuilders, insurers and banks in Korea and P&I clubs with Korean entries.
