John Wafer

John has worked at Hill Dickinson for over 25 years having specialised in defending claims within the insurance sector. John deals with litigation and claims against NHS Trust’s and organisations. 

John has experience of dealing with claims arising from clinical negligence, employers and public liability and claims brought pursuant to the Equality Act 2010, data protection legislation, the Mental Health Act and for breach of human rights. 

John graduated from the University of Liverpool with a 2:1 in Geography and achieved a distinction in his LPC.
