About me
I’m a partner in the firm’s Corporate team, with a focus on M&A, public and private equity, fundraising, the Financial Services and Markets Act and joint ventures.
My clients are predominantly family-owned businesses and owner-managers, but I also represent a wide range of other companies seeking to expand, as well as shareholders seeking to exit public companies.
The common denominator is helping clients successfully complete any corporate transaction in the most efficient manner. I‘m a people person with a commercially focused, pragmatic approach, so I find it very rewarding to work with my clients to understand their business and help them achieve their ambitions. I’m equally passionate about nurturing and growing our young legal talent internally – our lawyers and leaders of the future - and try to lead by example.

My experience
- Acting for Ultimate Products its IPO on the Main Market and then the subsequent acquisition of Salter Brands (Class 1 Transaction).
- Acting for Downing Students on a £439 million investment in a student accommodation joint venture and a £344 million sale of a student accommodation portfolio to iQ (a Blackstone portfolio company).
- Acting on the sale of Prytania Solutions Limited to Houlihan Lokey, Inc.
- Acting on the buyout of iMail Comms (the UK digital mail division of DHL) from DHL Europe, backed by Enterprise Ventures Growth Fund.
- Acting for Managed IT Services Group (t/a Everything Tech) on its acquisitions of IT Farm Limited, Nexbridge Communications Limited and Whypay? Ltd, Charles Street Solutions Limited, Everything Tech, Cardium Outsourcing, Codus IT Limited, Bastion Rock (based in Gibraltar) and SGOC.
- Acting on the sale of Keysource to US based Salute, Inc.
