Jonathan joined us in March 2023, having completed his training at a leading regional firm. Jonathan has previously worked as a paralegal in the commercial property team at a large international law firm, working on the asset management of large property portfolios.
Jonathan works on an array of commercial real estate matters, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant work across sectors including retail and transport. Jonathan also deals with acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, property refinances, and property due diligence on corporate and banking transactions.
Jonathan graduated from the University of Leicester in 2015 with an upper second-class degree in History and American Studies, spending a year in the US. Jonathan subsequently undertook both the GDL and LPC at the University of Law, Manchester, earning a commendation and a distinction respectively.
