Kelly qualified as a solicitor specialising in clinical negligence in March 2018 following her 18 month training contract. Prior to her training contract, Kelly worked as a legal assistant for 12 months dealing exclusively with clinical negligence claims.

Kelly specialises exclusively in Healthcare Litigation. Her varied case load includes delays in diagnosis, dental treatment, fatal claims, medication management and more.

Kelly completed her law degree at Cardiff University (2015) and then completed her LPC and masters degree at the University of Law in Chester gaining a distinction (2016).
