Kerry Barlow

Kerry is a Senior Associate within our Health Litigation team primarily advising NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts on clinical negligence claims, with an additional interest in claims against dentists and their indemnifiers.

Kerry has spent her career working exclusively in clinical negligence. After qualifying in 2011 at a specialist dental negligence firm, she spent five years in the Claimant sector handling a broad range of NHS and private claims before joining the firm in 2016.

Kerry advises on a range of claims including those involving cerebral palsy, brachial plexus injury, cauda equina, amputations and maternal obstetric injuries.

In addition to her claims work, Kerry supports NHS Trusts with talks and training on topics including record keeping, statement writing and the claims and litigation process.

After completing her law degree at the University of Liverpool in 2007, Kerry took a year out to work at an NHS trust in Liverpool before completing her LPC at the College of Law in Chester in 2008/09.
