Lewis has been in practice as a marine lawyer for over 30 years. He has in-depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of ship sale and purchase, and has been involved in numerous reported decisions in relation to charterparty and cargo claims.
Lewis graduated from Cardiff University in 1971 with BSc (Econ) grade 2.1 and qualified as a solicitor in 1976. He first became a partner in City law firm in 1980 and set up his own practice in 1987. He also holds the RYA qualification of Yachtmaster Offshore.
