About me

As an Associate in the Hong Kong Shipping Finance team, I specialise in asset finance, acting for banks and financial institutions, leasing companies and shipowners on a broad range of transactions.

I advise on matters including pre- and post-delivery secured financing and restructuring, sale and leasebacks and the sale and purchase of ships. I also have experience of advising on private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and private equity transactions.

My approach is client-focused and solution-oriented, I aim to build a detailed understanding of our clients’ goals and concerns, prioritising them in determining the best way forward. Being able to achieve their desired outcomes in an effective and professional manner, especially when given tight timeframes, is what I enjoy most about my role.

I hope my clients see me as being reliable, value my ability to provide clear advice and feel confident in building a long-term relationship with me and the firm.

Before qualifying, I completed my Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Nottingham in 2017 and followed by my Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong in 2019.
