Louise McMahon (née Baker)

Louise is a legal director in the Real Estate team who advises clients on all aspects of commercial property, with a focus on secured lending transactions.

Louise has been with the firm since June 2015, having previously trained and qualified at Gateley LLP (now Gateley plc).

Louise acts for a wide range of clients, including tenants and landlords, but specialises in advising lenders on the provision of acquisition and investment funding. She also has extensive experience in advising on the funding of development projects, large-scale portfolios, trading businesses and hotels (branded and non-branded). Louise also acts for the UK’s main banks as well as a number of secondary lenders.

Louise provides a wide range of legal services to real estate sector clients, including advice in relation to landlord and tenant matters, sales and acquisitions, development and funding arrangements.
