I’m an employment lawyer who focuses on supporting clients in the healthcare sector.
The kinds of clients I work with include NHS trusts and ICBs, as well as GP practices, dental practices, private and independent providers, social care businesses and individuals.
I’m experienced in successfully defending all types of claims at the Employment Tribunal, having a talent for identifying the strengths and weaknesses of claims at an early stage.
Complex whistleblowing and discrimination claims are a particular speciality of mine. I also advise on all other aspects of employment law, from day-to-day issues to more strategic matters including organisational change processes.

My experience
- Defending a large whistleblowing case which necessitated a 20-day hearing.
- Defending several linked discrimination claims against multiple respondents.
- Achieved strike out of a discrimination claim on the basis of the other side’s non-compliance.
- Complex advice on ‘agenda for change’ terms and conditions including in relation to redundancy, retire and return and maternity entitlements.
- Advising on MHPS processes including where criminal investigations are involved.
- Resolving a complex board-level dispute which involved several organisations.
