About me

As an Associate in our Piraeus office, I work in the shipping transactional team. My role involves advising on maritime, yachting and commercial, corporate law matters, with a focus on sale and purchase transactions, ship finance and corporate structuring.

My work covers the full transactional process, from drafting and negotiating contracts to supporting clients through finance and ownership transitions. I act for Greek and international shipowners, financiers and other industry stakeholders, helping them navigate complex deals efficiently and with a clear commercial focus.

I’m valued for my responsiveness and attention to detail, as well as my ability to anticipate potential challenges before they arise. I also contribute to local environmental initiatives, including tree-planting projects in my community.

My experience

  • Assisted with the back-to-back sale of a vessel under construction, from its original owners, through the shipyard and up to the final buyers.
  • Advised on S&L transactions for a Qatar-based fund.
  • Drafted KYC guidelines for S&P brokering services.
  • Provided S&P legal assistance and advice to the Buyers in respect of a US$135,000,000 vessel.
  • Provided legal advice on the Shipbuilding Agreements between UAE based companies and Chinese, Korean shipyards.
  • Drafted Management Agreements and supplementary documents for a Greece-based manager.
