In March 2021, Mariel started her training contract with the firm and will be completing marine-focused seats.
Mariel completed her undergraduate law degree (LL.B.) at the University of Kent and her postgraduate law degree (LL.M.) at University College London specialising in maritime law.
Whilst working at the firm, she also completed the legal practice course with a masters in law, business and management (LPC MSc) at the University of Law.
