Mark has particular experience in devising solutions for businesses in financial difficulties with a focus on saving the business. This has frequently resulted in companies being rescued through a voluntary arrangement, businesses being saving though a sale from administration or restructuring utilising other insolvency processes. Mark has assisted management and worked for and with insolvency practitioners and funders.
Mark studied Law at the University of Manchester, qualified as a Solicitor in 1987 and qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2001.
