In his construction and engineering work, Michael has worked on sports arenas; offices; hotel and accomodation developments; distribution centres; factories; power stations and process plants for food and chemicals; oil and gas installations, on and off shore; roads, ports and airports.

Michael’s development work covers advice to developers, contractors, sub-contractors and professionals such as architects and engineers. He has extensive experience in large developments including those for multiple business occupation.

Michael’s dispute related work has covered litigation, arbitration, adjudication nad mediation. He has been involved in a number of reported cases. He is a Technology and Construction Solicitors’ Association (TeCSA) approved construction mediator with wide experience of alternative dispute resolution.
