Michelle is a paralegal within the Private client team based in the Manchester office. Her clients include individuals and their families as well as significant charitable and non-charitable trusts.

Michelle worked for a major UK bank within their trust and executorship department for over 20 years before entering private practice with Addleshaw Goddard in 2005. Michelle joined the firm’s private client team in 2013.

Michelle deals with a range of matters including:

Applications for probate
Administration of deceased persons estates
Preparation of lasting powers of attorney
Applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of a deputy
Administration of charitable and non-charitable trusts

Michelle is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds the STEP foundation certificate.
