Nick is a partner and the head of our Corporate team. Nick has more than 20 years’ experience and his expertise includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, buy-outs, fund raising, joint ventures and corporate advisory matters.

Nick joined the firm in February 2024, having previously been a partner at an established law firm and prior to that worked at 3 other renowned law firms. Nick advises institutional investors, corporates and individuals on all aspect of corporate transactions.

Nick graduated with a degree in law (LLB) from The University of Birmingham in 2000.

    • Advised regional accountancy practice BK Plus on its investment from Palatine.
    • Advised the shareholders of Lexon (UK) on the sale of Lexon to the Well Pharmacy division of Bestway Group.
    • Advised US private equity house, Acorn Growth Companies, on leveraged buy-outs of Aerospares 2000, Sentry Aerospace and Eirtrade. 
    • Advised Phenna Group (backed by Oakley Capital) on serial acquisitions.
    • Advised regional accountancy practice Dains LLP on its investment from Horizon Capital.
    • Advised the shareholders of the KGJ Insurance Group on their sale to NFP.
    • Advised Knights Pharmacies on its acquisition of Pearns retail pharmacy group.
    • Advised the shareholders of Aerospheres on their sale to Audax Private Equity.
    • Advised PWC (as administrators) on sale of Drayton Manor Park to Looping Group.
    • Advised the shareholders of M&J Evans Construction on investment from Bregal Freshstream.
