She specialises in healthcare litigation claims, undertaking work on behalf of the NHS Resolution. Nicola has a varied caseload in a broad range of clinical negligence matters, including fatal claims, delays in diagnosis, inappropriate and substandard surgery.
She also assists her supervising partner, Jonathan Heap with high-value matters including brain injuries, spinal injuries and amputations.
Nicola obtained a criminology and social policy degree from the University of Manchester before undertaking her GDL and LPC at the University of Law, Manchester.
Nicola trained at Irwin Mitchell working on behalf of claimants in the clinical negligence, court of protection and asbestos related disease teams.
