I specialise in corporate and commercial law. My clients range from start-ups through to listed entities, while I also work with entrepreneurs, management teams and investors.
The kinds of matters I advise on include mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and reverse takeovers as well as secondary fundraisings and venture capital and private equity investments.
I’m a true grafter, who works hard to bring about the best possible outcomes for my clients. Known to be proactive, I focus on the commercial realities of the matter at hand, while also ensuring the legal work underpinning everything is sound, to deliver tailored solutions that are fit for purpose.
I’ve never met a challenge I didn’t like, and I enjoy the problem-solving elements of my role. The satisfaction of getting a deal done and delivering a good result for the client just can’t be beaten!
I’m a supporter of the young people’s coaching and mentoring charity ‘icanyoucantoo’ and I’m lucky to have been able to do some great work for them, including organising events in our offices.
My experience
- Worked on Johnson Service Group’s transition from AIM to the main market, where they should become a FTSE 250 company.
- Worked on Metals One plc admission to AIM as well as subsequent placings.
- During my training contract, I did a seat in real estate and commercial dispute resolution.
