About me

I’m a banking and finance lawyer who specialises in real estate finance. My clients include lenders such as the major clearing banks and bespoke funders and borrowers like real estate developers and housebuilders.

My mission is to help my clients achieve a fair financing transaction that meets their required terms so they can reach their broader commercial goals.

Collaboration, simplicity and responsiveness define the way I work. I aim to be the trusted advisor my clients can depend on not just for their current transaction, but for those to come.

I always look to demystify the legal process, make things easy to understand and flag any issues that are market norms or exceptions that could improve, so my clients can make fully informed decisions.

Throughout the deal, I remain on hand to provide updates and answer any questions, so clients have the peace of mind needed to act with confidence and reach a successful outcome.

Giving back is important to me, and I’ve taken part in fundraisers like LandAid’s ‘SleepOut’ event.

My experience

  • Nearly eight years’ experience in the banking and finance sector.
  • I’ve worked for various lender side clients including HSBC, NatWest, Lloyds, Santander, Barclays.
  • Continued to assist the now five-bank lending syndicate comprised of HSBC, Lloyds, NatWest, Barclays and Santander on the latest 2025 Bruntwood refinance.
  • I’ve greatly expanded my borrower side experience since joining Hill Dickinson.
