Pui Yip Leung

Pui Yip is a senior associate with the Dispute Resolution team at our Hong Kong office. His work focuses on commercial and civil litigation, alternative dispute resolution and insolvency litigation.

Pui Yip was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, he completed his traineeship with a leading PRC law firm in Hong Kong where he was engaged in a wide spectrum of practice areas including dispute resolution, corporate finance and private wealth management.

Pui Yip has advised both local and international clients on matters in relation to corporate insolvency, breach of directors’ duties, shareholders’ disputes, breach of debt instruments, sale of goods disputes, employment disputes and enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards in Hong Kong. He also has experience in PRC cross-border disputes and international arbitrations.

Pui Yip obtained his bachelor of laws (honours) degree at King’s College London (2014), during which he was awarded the Jessica Learmond-Criqui Prize in employment law. He received his postgraduate certificate in laws from City University of Hong Kong (2015).

Pui Yip qualified in Hong Kong in 2017 and in England and Wales in 2023.
