About me
Bringing over 20 years of professional expertise, I’m a specialist in commercial property transactions.
I represent all manner of clients ranging from public and private companies to individuals and funds. I have a strong track record in supporting clients in the logistics industry. I’m experienced in acting for buyers, sellers, lenders, occupiers and landlords of commercial properties including warehouses, offices, retail and mixed use.
I like clients to view me as an extension of their team. I love learning about my client’s business operations and consider how their day-to-day realities shape their property requirements, drawing on this insight to help them determine the best way forward.
Naturally inclined to take the initiative, I’m proactive, able to advise on complex issues and find creative solutions to unexpected challenges, ensuring the deal gets over the line.
I enjoy practically supporting charitable initiatives. I organise volunteering days for my team where we help our local charities and I also participate in the firm’s grant giving activities every year.

- Acting for Peel on sales, infrastructure arrangements, overage agreements and financing arrangements at Wirral Waters.
- Acting for DHL as occupier on various leasehold sites.
- Acting for Kuehne + Nagel as occupier on various sites and acting for them on the property piece that formed part of the sale of its contract logistics business to GXO.
- Acting for Co-op on new store acquisitions.
