Rachael is a legal director in the Real Estate team. She has over 10 years' experience in acting for a mix of funds, institutions, individuals, public and private companies covering a broad range of property work.

Rachael joined the firm in January 2017, having previously been a senior associate at Nabarro where she had worked since she qualified as a solicitor in 2005.

Acting on various investment sales and purchases together with management work relating to office, industrial and retail properties acquired by funds
Advising on the development and subsequent lettings of a new business park
Acting on the sale of a mixed-use tower building including preparing it for sale
Advising a funder in respect of a development loan for a £100 million mixed-use scheme re-development comprising retail, prime and affordable housing uses
Leading a team acting upon a family property portfolio re-distribution transaction
Drafting and negotiating certificates of title in connection with the refinancing of various properties within different sectors
Title due diligence for a local authority in connection with a £6 billion regeneration programme
