Rachael McKenzie

Rachael is an associate in Health Employment team, based in our Manchester office.

Rachael is in the fourth seat of her training contract, having previously completed seats in Health Litigation and Healthcare and Public Law. Currently, she assists the Health Employment team with litigated tribunal cases and a range of general advisory matters.

Rachael has previous experience working on a range of cases for health clients, for example she has worked for both NHS and private healthcare clients in clinical negligence proceedings. She also has experience working on complex Court of Protection matters and making applications for serious medical treatment in the High Court.

Rachael obtained an undergraduate Law degree from the University of Sheffield and went on to complete the LPC with LLM at the University of Law in Manchester. She is due to complete her recognised period of training with the firm in March 2024.
