About me

I’m an employment lawyer working with clients across the healthcare sector – including both NHS and private healthcare organisations.

I really focus on listening to clients and take a tailored approach geared to their specific needs. I aim to communicate regularly and provide advice that is transparent, thorough and understandable.

Having undertaken a health-specific training contract with Hill Dickinson, I’ve gained experience in employment, clinical negligence, Court of Protection and advisory matters, so have detailed knowledge and legal expertise across the health sector.

The aspect of my role I find most fulfilling is working with clients to find solutions to complex problems and scenarios and achieving a good result, and hope clients would say I’m approachable, organised, solution-focused and proactive.

I’m a member of the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee, and through this role, help to maintain relationships with our chosen charities, along with organising volunteering opportunities and fundraising events.

My experience

  • I completed my training contract in January 2024 having undertaken seats in health litigation, healthcare and public law, and employment law.
  • I have since worked with a variety of NHS Trusts and health organisations involving complex high value litigated and advisory matters.
  • I keep up to date with legal developments and provide regular training to clients. I have also written an article on changes to Sexual Harassment legislation which was picked up and published for Law360.
