Rachel Kelly

Rachel is a senior associate in the Healthcare team. She advises NHS and public sector clients on a wide variety of issues, with a particular focus on mental capacity and mental health law.

Rachel joined the firm in 2018. Prior to this, she worked within private client at a firm in Chester. Rachel qualified in 2016.

Rachel gives advice in all areas of Healthcare Law. She advises on a wide range of areas including deprivation of liberty, serious medical treatment, mental health law, inherent jurisdiction, inquests, and judicial reviews.

Rachel studied law at the University of Chester and completed her LPC at the college of law in Chester.
