Rachel Yeung

Rachel is a paralegal with experience in commercial disputes, shipping, insurance, and employment matters. She has also dealt with transactional work including the sale and purchase of commercial vessels and pleasure craft, and advice on general commercial contracts, shareholders agreements, and incorporations.

Under partner supervision, Rachel has been involved in advising and assisting local and international clients in various commercial matters including insolvency and shareholder disputes, breaches of employment and consultancy agreements, breaches in settlement agreements, and agency-related disputes.

Rachel received her LLB in the United Kingdom and will earn her PCLL from the University of Hong Kong.
