Rajveer Sehmi

Rajveer is a legal director in the Corporate and Commercial team in the London office.

Rajveer works on a wide range of transactional matters including company acquisitions, corporate and ship finance, company secretarial matters, drafting commercial agreements and all types of commercial maritime transactions.

Rajveer has experience in all aspects of ship sale and purchase from her time spent in the London shipping team and the commercial and transactional aspects of yacht sale and purchase after spending time within the firm’s yacht team. She has experience of advising on other types of commercial shipping transactions including ship finance acting for banks and owners, ship/yacht instructions, repair contracts, charter parties, management agreements and other related contracts.

Rajveer completed her LLB with the College of Law and prior to this she completed her bachelor’s degree in English language and literature at Kings College London.

Experience
Advising leading Life Sciences and longevity company Juvenescence Limited on its US$165m series B fundraise.
Advising Juvenescence Limited in respect of an exclusive licence agreement with AIM listed Evgen Pharma Ltd (AIM: EVG) for the development of its sulforaphane stabilisation technology.
Advising Monegasque clients on the financing and purchase of various aircraft worth in excess of US$25m.
Advising Middle Eastern government treasury department on the financing and refinancing of various vessels in transactions worth between US$30m -US$220m.
Advising J.Marr (Seafoods) Limited on refinancing and reflagging four vessels respectively in the Cook Islands and Moldova for approximately US$25m.
