About me
I’m a corporate lawyer who works with clients to complete transactions and achieve their goals.
I advise on all aspects of corporate law, including domestic and international mergers, acquisitions and disposals, along with reorganisations, corporate joint ventures, private equity and investments and shareholder agreements. Having practiced for over a decade, I’ve played a role in various high-profile large transactions.
I represent a large portfolio of clients including entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses, SMEs and national and multinational corporations across a variety of sectors from healthcare to education to technology. I’m highly experienced in working with both Yorkshire-based and international clients.
I take a tailored approach, creating innovative solutions framed around the clients’ needs, helping them to tackle complex business challenges with a practical, commercial mindset.
I’m there whenever clients need me, building relationships that stand the test of time. Acting as a trusted partner, I provide early-stage advice all the way through to key milestones, even in high pressured or challenging situations, to ensure success is achieved.
Helping those around me is something I value deeply. I sit on the firm’s corporate social responsibility board and I’m also a Mental Health First Aider and mentor to other colleagues.

- Acting for Freixenet Copestick Limited on its acquisition of Bolney Wine Estate Limited, the renowned English sparkling wine and wine cellar.
- Acting for Until, a health and wellness business on its investment round which included Dragons Den star, Steven Bartlett.
- Acting for Leeds Plywood & Doors (LPD Doors), a Yorkshire-based distributor on its management buyout.
- Acting for BGF Investments on its investment into Bayfields Opticians, a Yorkshire-based opticians’ group.
- Acting for MIS Active Management Systems Limited, a software provider to the social housing sector, on the sale of the company to Aareon Group.
