Details
Rebecca joined Hill Dickinson as professional support lawyer in 2022 having previously worked as a senior associate in the corporate team of a regional firm. Her responsibilities include developing and maintaining precedents for the corporate team, delivering training sessions for the department, keeping fee earners informed of legal developments, writing articles, reviewing and preparing responses to law reform proposals and providing internal counsel support on technical issues.
Rebecca has experience in advising on a broad range of corporate matters for both public and private companies. She also has many years in-house experience advising on acquisitions for private equity backed domiciliary care companies.
Rebecca read Psychology at the University of Bristol before undertaking the law conversion and legal practice courses at Nottingham Law School.
