About me

I specialise in banking and finance, offering clear, pragmatic legal support to guide transactions from start to finish.

My practice covers a broad range of transactions and I’m particularly experienced in dealing with real estate finance, both acquisition and development and corporate acquisition finance.

I act for both lenders and borrowers. My lender clients are a mix of high street banks and alternative lenders, while my borrower clients range from pharmaceutical companies and zoos to student accommodation builders and a whole mix beyond that.

I build strong, genuine relationships with my clients, working closely to get deals done efficiently and in the most straightforward way possible. I’m pragmatic by nature, offering clear, commercially focused advice that helps clients make confident, well-informed decisions.

Seeing a deal complete or watching a project I’ve helped fund come to life is always a great reminder of why I do what I do.
